Courtney worked with me on finding my first apartment in NYC. I and my husband are still in the same apartment nearly two years later. We are super happy with our place. I was relocated by a US company from London. Courtney and I discussed our needs and what kind of style of place we were after. She assisted me in deciding which two areas to focus on - based on our preference for living style/culture/aesthetic. This process was super quick as she immediately understood our needs and vision. We first met Abby when she was the seller's agent at an open house. She was so personable, super knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the market in general (she's actually from the neighborhood). She was fair and transparent, honest and super responsive. We had such a positive experience interacting with Abby, that we brought the house she was selling, then we hired her to be our agent when we put our old apartment up for sale. She was such a pleasure to work with, she was always there for us, she advised us, staged and marketed the apartment beautifully, and got us what was the highest sale price in the building (above asking). I'm thrilled to write a review for Courtney. She was a huge help to me when I relocated earlier this year from Brooklyn to Denver. When I was transferred unexpectedly to LA, Courtney was extremely helpful in working through the lease agreements and quickly finding a wonderful tenant. Future tenants were all also found quickly and at the best market rates. When it came time to sell, I was so glad that I had already developed a relationship with Courtney. I found her to be always professional, knowledgeable, positive, and hard-working. With the sale of my co-op, she was very helpful in getting me through the process of working with co-op boards, lawyers from all parties, agents, etc. I would not hesitate to use her again in either a rental or sale of my property. Courtney just ‘’gets it’’. She understands the logistical and personal challenges involved in moving countries. Courtney helped me find a rental apartment in Brooklyn in the space of five days (the only time I had available to be in NYC while still living in London) and was very patient with me in terms of wanting to view quite a lot of properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She kept in close contact with me at all stages of the process of renting and was always on hand to answer all of my questions and to move the process along.
