We first met Abby when she was the seller's agent at an open house. She was so personable, super knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the market in general (she's actually from the neighborhood). She was fair and transparent, honest and super responsive. We had such a positive experience interacting with Abby, that we brought the house she was selling, then we hired her to be our agent when we put our old apartment up for sale. She was such a pleasure to work with, she was always there for us, she advised us, staged and marketed the apartment beautifully, and got us what was the highest sale price in the building (above asking). I'm thrilled to write a review for Courtney. She was a huge help to me when I relocated earlier this year from Brooklyn to Denver. Finding a good tenant for my apartment in a timely manner was key to my move and she handled it flawlessly. Her understanding of the market: how to price, when/where/how to list and show, knowledge of the co-op process was evident and she helped steer me along the way. To make it even more complicated, I was traveling quite a bit before my relocation and she kept me in the loop on her progress every step of the way. She is very responsive and patient, but she also knows when to give a push when the timing is critical.
