Abigail Palanca is a highly sought-after real estate advisor who prioritizes client satisfaction through listening, transparency, and expert guidance. She leads the highly successful Abby Palanca Team, which provides comprehensive step-by-step support for renters, buyers, investors, and sellers throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. She has successfully closed over $300M in sales and has been ranked annually in the WSJ Top Small Teams category.

As a former accountant, Abby draws on her financial background to help clients navigate the market and steer them toward opportunities that fit their unique situation. Her experiences as a tenant, landlord, homeowner, renovator, and investor give her a holistic industry perspective that clients trust and appreciate. She is proud of the relationships she’s developed through her work, and her clients know her as a problem-solver whose professionalism, congeniality, and ability to execute make her stand out. She’s had record-breaking sales throughout multiple neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

Abby was born and raised in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn and every member of her team lives in the borough today. She loves working with first-time buyers and hosts home-buying seminars several times a year. She and her team are well-versed in condos, co-ops, townhouses, and single- and multi-family homes, and they specialize in getting incredible value out of homes that need light refurbishment. As the owner of The {Home} Collective in Windsor Terrace, she can provide a one-stop-shop real estate experience with exclusive access to contractors, painters, movers, cleaning companies, and lead and asbestos abatement services just to name a few. She also has her own in-house furniture warehouse and handles staging, painting, and prep work.

Abby holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and currently lives in the Windsor Terrace/Park Slope area with her husband, their six children, and their two dogs—a small Havanese that thinks he is a St. Bernard and an adopted 85 lb. lab mix that thinks he is a lap dog. When she isn’t shuffling her kids around to different activities, she enjoys brunching around Brooklyn and listening to live music.
